Start Lists
Start lists are to be seen at the result board and at the start threshold. The start order of A-finals will be placed on the board after the results have been checked. One may purchase such a list at the INFO (competition office). It will cost 2 euros.
The starting times of A-finals will be ordered based on qualification times. The fastest of qualification will start at last.
The competitor is responsible himself/herself that the emit-card works and will be the same that was announced to the arranger. Please, check that your card number is the same than is listed in the start list. According to the rules of the FOF the arranger will not check emit cards before the start. If the competitor uses other emit card than is announced to the arranger of the competition, the result will be disqualified. Possible changes of emit cards must be announced to the INFO before the closing time of the start threshold.
Guidance and Forbidden Areas
The guidance to the starts (qualification and finals) starts at the guide post. The colours of the guidance can be seen at the guide post. One is not allowed to leave the guided route to the starts. There are marked forbidden areas in the competition centre, thresholds and starts.
First Aid
First Aid is available in the competition centre. There are no First Aid points in the competition area.
Showers, Dressing Facilities and Toilets
There is a washing facility close to the competition centre. There are no showers. There is warm water available. The facility is surrounded by a windshield.
There are no dressing facilities on behalf of the arranger. Thus, one need to use team wind shields or for example cars.
Toilets are situated in the competition centre and also close to the threshold of finals. Note: There are no toilets at the threshold of qualification. Guidance to the toilets (WC) will be on the Guide post.
Model Control and Checking point of Emit-cards
A Model control is situated at the Guide post. There is also a checking point for Emit-card at the guide post. Please remember to do the checking before entering the threshold.
Competition number bibs
All competitors must wear number bibs on the chest. There are safety pins included with the number bibs. Number bibs must not be folded or cut. The number bibs of qualification will be found at the threshold. Also the number bibs of A-finals are located at the threshold. Thus, those who have qualified to A-finals shall take a new number bib at the threshold. The competitors of B-finals use the same number bib as in qualification. Remaining number bibs will be removed from the thresholds at the closing time of threshold.
The first digit of the number shows the series and the second digit indicates qualification group. The two last digits of the number in qualification show the start minutes. For example, the competitor of the series and group of H21 K1 who starts at 09.00 uses number 1000.
Starts and Tresholds
The first start of qualification takes place at 09.00. The distance to the start is about 0,8 km from the Guide post. The marked route goes mainly on field and path. The distance to the threshold is approximately 0,4 km.
The threshold of qualification will be closed at 09.10. Remaining number bibs will be removed at that time. Only competitors, who have passed the threshold before closing time, are allowed to participate to the competition. All series and groups will have the same start.
The distance to the finals is about 2,5 km. The distance to the threshold is approximately 2,3 km alongside a road. The first start of A-finals will take place at 14.15. The threshold will be closed at 14.35.
The first start of B-finals takes place at 13.00. There is no threshold in B-finals.
Please note: It is not allowed to take mobile phones to the thresholds. Supporting personnel to the competitors (i.e. coaches) are not allowed to pass thresholds.
There are windshields at the thresholds.

A Competitor who leaves the marked route too early will be disqualified. A competitor who will take false start (too early) will be disqualified.
